We're seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LISW-CP, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or licensed psychologist) passionate about perinatal mental health to join our remote, W2 team.
Now hiring clinicians licensed in California and South Carolina. Licensed in another state? We'd still love to hear from you, especially if you hold licenses in more than one.

You are an employee, not a contractor. That means a lower effective tax burden, workers’ compensation, and unemployment protection. Your time around sessions is paid too, including free 15-minute consultations with prospective clients and monthly team meetings.
Zero admin burden
We handle all billing, insurance verification, and scheduling so you can focus entirely on clinical work. Intakes pay 1.5× your session rate, so diagnosis and notes are paid time.
Clinical independence
No scripted sessions. No mandated worksheets. You practice the way that works best for your clients: evidence-based and entirely your own.
Real peer support
Monthly team meetings and ongoing case consultation with clinicians who are as passionate about this population as you are, including our clinical co-founder, Dr. Emily Guarnotta (PsyD, PMH-C).
Continuing education
Up to $500/year reimbursed, including support toward PMH-C certification for clinicians who are pursuing it.

Qualifications
Required
- Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Current independent license (LCSW, LISW-CP, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or licensed psychologist)
- Clinical experience with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
- Telehealth experience
- Commitment to culturally competent, LGBTQIA+-affirming care
Preferred
- Licensed in California or South Carolina, where we are hiring now
- PMH-C certification, or genuine enthusiasm to pursue it
- Licensed in more than one state, or PSYPACT-eligible
Responsibilities
- Provide individual telehealth therapy to perinatal clients via secure video platform
- Maintain timely clinical documentation: intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Attend monthly team meetings and participate in peer case consultation
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, psychiatrists, and other providers as part of holistic care
